Jen Visits

Sam & Jen in Bath
As the tradition continues around the world more Caymanites reunite. Jen came to visit us whilst she was back in the UK on holiday - and it rains! So we had to do the cultural thing (to get out of the rain) and took a trip to the Roman Spa in the city of Bath. Jen ignored all the safety signs put up to prevent people from inflicting harm upon their person.

Jen's rebelious side...the circular sign reads:- "CAUTION Do Not Touch the Water" ....there's always one isn't there?

Visit to Wells
This is the Bishop's Palace where the Bishops of Bath & Wells have lived since 1206. Personally, I only remember Blackadder's character in which the 'baby-eating Bishop of Bath & Wells' is painted in a compromising position with Percy to avoid Blackadder being murdered with a poker you-know-where!

Anyhow, the Palace is currently hosting an exhibition of Philip Jackson's
sculptures which made it far more interesting. Named 'Sacred & Profane', it was a mixture of spooky religious & Venice Masked-Ball type figures.
