Wow, stunning scenery, beautiful houses, pink sand beaches and turquoise sea. This fish-hook shaped group of 365 islands only has 10 square miles of land - same as Little Cayman - but unlike LC’s population of 160, Bermuda has 66,000!Judie met us at the airport and gave us a tour of Tuckers Town – the private bit of the island where Berlusconi, the ex-Italian President, Mike Bloomberg and Ross Perot have summer houses (mansions). The whole island has a very British feel - a bit like Cornwall in the sun with stone walls, green hillsides and flower-covered cottages.

The City of Hamilton is picturesque and full of banks, restaurants and bars. They even have a Marks & Spencers! Transportation around the island by ferry or bus is very easy. Caught the ferry over to the old Royal Naval Dockyard and walked around the old fort and musuem, followed by lunch in the ‘Frog & Onion Pub’. (a Cornish Pasty and beer of course!)
Did a tour of the Crystal Caves and Fantasy Caves (together with a class of schoolchildren who were remarkably well-behaved and consequently did not get pushed over the walkway and impaled upon stalagmites). Had lunch at the famous Swizzle Inn - Fish & Chips and Beer of course! (note the British traffic light). 
Flatts Aquarium and Zoo (where Judie & Eric are heavily involved) is really good and has a huge amount of exhibits in a very small area.

Botanical Gardens - within walking distance of the guesthouse in Devon where we stayed for the first 3 nights. 
Andy did go snorkelling for about 10 minutes, saw schools of Blue Parrotfish, a massive Midnight Parrotfish and came out with a blue-ish cast himself. 64 degrees is too cold for us nowadays! Moved up to Judie and Eric's guesthouse in Southampton for 2 nights and were spoiled rotten. We were toured around the island and wined & dined in spectacular settings and met some great people.
