This is a photo of the famous Mandarin Fish, these little guys come out each evening for about an hour to feed, flirt, mate then sleep again. They have got to be the most colourful fish around and we are very lucky, as the resort has a reef about 1km away that is teeming with them and it make for a fantastic dive.
The photo is a picture of a female and she is about 25mm in length, the males are slightly larger but are harder to photograph as they are always on the move.
