Bondi Beach is probably Australia's most famous beach and we were a bit surprised to see how small it was (1km). It was a bit overcast the day we went, but they say up to 40,000 people can converge at the weekend! 
The Surf Life Savers make everyone swim between the flags and the southern side has a famous rip current known as the Backpackers Express!
