Dec 12 - Yanchep National Park

Yanchep National Park offers trail walking and a beach nearby which is an easy day trip from Perth. They have a small enclosure for rescued koalas and flocks of wild pink & black cockatoos are everywhere.

Grass trees & Christmas trees abound on the walking trails and twice we startled kangaroo in the bushes (nearly needed a change of undies ourselves!)
