Just up the hill from The Peak are Hong Kong’s Botanical Gardens – very small, but home to an Orchid House and small zoo. 
On our way to Soho (up the largest escalator in the world) we passed Aquarium Street that had hundreds of shops selling absolutely everything for the aquarist. They all sold basically the same thing - tropical fish, fish-food, plants, fish-tanks and plastic castles etc. to go into said fish-tanks. However, the fish were in bags pinned onto racks a bit like goldfish at the fair – very weird ….not sure what the mortality rate was.
